Outgoing Ambassador to the Republic of Korea to Cambodia H.E. Mr. Chang Ho-jin bids farewell to Cambodia’s National Assembly President Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin in Phnom Penh on Monday, upon completed his diplomatic mission to Cambodia.
