Cambodia-Korea Sign An Agreement On Education

Cambodia’s Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, H.E. Im Sothy and Dr. Shin Eui Cheol, Chief Representative of Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to Cambodia, sign in Phnom Penh on May 27 the Record of Discussions on the Project for Strengthening the CLMV Capacity for the ASEAN-ROK Cyber University in Cambodia.
