Summary	The Factory Literacy Program was fund by UNESCO from 2016-2019. It helps to improve the livelihoods of the workers to a better understanding of their legal rights. The program had benefits to 47 teachers and 1300 workers whose majority was female in 9 provinces and city: Phnom Penh, Kandal, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Cham, Thbong Khmom, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, and Siem Reap.
