Summary	Basic Education Equivalency Programme (BEEP) was fund by UNESCO under the cooperation with MoEYS. This program aims to provide an opportunity for the dropout students to get the equivalence of grade 9 education. Currently, there are 13 BEEP centers in Phnom Penh, Battambang and Siem Reap with around 337 students. According to the plan, they will scale it up to 15 provinces from 2020 to 2023 including Mondulkiri, Ratanakiri, Preah Vihear, Takeo, Kampong Cham, Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey, and Koh Kong.
