[USAID Launches US$3 Million Water Supply and Sanitation
Services in Cambodia]
The USAID announced a new US$3 million initiative to help
build capacity of water supply and sanitation services aiming to improve rural
dwellers’ access to piped water which will be implemented for three years
started from October 2017. The private water operators will benefit from the
initiative through building capacity, knowledge, and master plan for building
water tank, equip pipes to households. This project connected more than
10,000 households to safe water in Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Kampong Cham, and
Kratie provinces.
