The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) together with APSARA Authority of Cambodia holds the Ceremony for the Completion of the Cambodia-Korea Friendship Road (or Korean Ring Road Construction Phase II) in Siem Reap province on Dec. 15 under the presidency of Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Sok An (2nd,, R), Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers and President of APSARA Authority.
