Signing Ceremony on Japan’s ODA to Cambodia

Cambodia’s Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Ouch Borith and H.E. Masafumi Kuroki, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, sign here on Mar. 20 an exchange of notes on ¥974,000,000 (approximately US$ 12,200,000) of the Official Development Aid (ODA) provided by the Government of Japan for the improvement of healthcare service and the restoration of road infrastructure in Cambodia.
