The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is a Korean government’s agency responsible for Official Development Assistance to the Kingdom of Cambodia. It has been operating in Cambodia for many years in providing Aids to Cambodia. Presently, KOICA is seeking a Cambodian National to fill a full-time Program Coordinator Position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- To support office Administrators in project implementation, especially through procedural and administrative works, in the project area. 2- To support office Administrators in carrying out procedures for implementing KOICA training programs, by managing and working with other local program officers. 3- To carry out other related tasks to the above-mentioned duties.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
1- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science/ Administration, or related field, 2- At least 3 years experience in Administrative affairs with Donors’ countries 3- Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English. Knowledge of Korean is an asset. 4- Computer literacy (MS Office in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Internet and Email) 5- Good Interpersonal skills and working attitude. Independent, hardworking, able to work multi-task and able to communicate effectively and confidently. 6- Demonstrated operational experience in an international working environment Starting salaries are negotiable and will depend on experience levels and previous salary history.Submission of Applications:
