Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance and Economy (MEF) Keat Chhun cosigned a loan agreement with President of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Suzuki Yasujiro amount for ¥7,176 million to but use in developing Cambodia’s Sihanoukville Port, an MEF official said on August 21
