Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Hor Namhong (R), Minister of
Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Japanese Ambassador
to Cambodia H.E. Yuji Kumamaru, sign in Phnom Penh this morning the
Exchange of Notes and Record of Discussions
on the extension of a Grant Aid up to the amount of more than US$11.5
million for the Implementation of the Project for Expansion of National
Maternal and Child Health Center.
