Phnom Penh: According to a
press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International
Cooperation, a loan agreement will be signed tomorrow at 9am, at the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation between the Minister of
Foreign Affairs H.E. Hor Namhong and Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia H.E. Yuji
Kumamaru under the presidency of Cambodian Premier Hun Sen for the Exchange of
Notes and Record of Discussions on the extension of a loan with the amount of
8,852 million Yen for the improvement of the national road No 5 from Battambang
