Cultural Aid Project for South East Asia, signed here on Tuesday, March 27,
2012 at the Embassy of Japan the Grant Contracts.
Around 3,000 children will enjoy learning to

Tatsuya after the signing ceremony. In addition, he added, the mobile library
of Cultural Aid Project for South East Asia has planned to go every week to
different villages so that local students and villagers could read different
books including picture books translated from Japanese.
For her part, Dr. Penn Setharin said the
project of publishing reading books and translating picture books into Khmer is
very important for both children and adults who start learning to write and
read. This is a good method for literacy as well as morality education for
children and the Cambodian people in contribution to the development of human
