Cambodia’s Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Lok Chumteav Men Sam An, Minister of the Senate-National Assembly Relations and Inspection and Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia, H.E. Masafumi Kuroki, preside over here on Mar. 26 the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Project for Flood Protection and Drainage Improvement in Phnom Penh Capital City (Phase III) under Japan’s Grant Aid  Programme.
