The aid from Japanese people with the amount of 103,334 USD was dedicated for the construction of the so-called Anlung Morkot Port in Osvay commune, Stung Treng province, completely finished on 1 February 2012. People in the region are expected to live their lives in a better condition after the completion of this port construction. (Rasmei Kam, 04 February 2012)
