China Grants 17 Scanners to Cambodia
AKP Phnom Penh, October 18, 2011 –
Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance H.E. Keat Chhon on Sunday signed up to receive 17 scanners from China with Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Pan Guangxue.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance’s press release, the scanners include 3 container scanners, 7 human body scanners, 4 luggage scanners, 3 material scanners.
On the occasion, H.E. Keat Chhon expressed profound thanks to the Chinese people and government for the donation.
From 1992 to September 2011, China has provided grants, soft loans and other development assistance worth up to US$2,093 million, he said.
