Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has sent a letter to his Japanese counterpart H.E. Yoshihiko Noda, expressing deep thanks to Japan for sharing its grief and providing relief aids to the flood victims.
