Ministry of Planning (MoP) and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Korea signed a Record of Discussion to start a $3.5 million project called “project for the Establishment of Cambodia’s National Science and Technology Master Plan 2014-2020” on June 24, 2011 at the Office of the Ministry of Planning (MoP).
