This project was organized by Republic of Korea in response to the suggestion from ASEAN Secretariat at the ASEAN-KOREA Commemorative Summit in 2009 in Korea, with the objective to build the capacity of Cambodia’s ICT human resources through establishing an e-Learning center in the Institute of Technology of Cambodia and the transferring of Korean experience and knowledge, and to contribute to narrowing the digital technological gap.
