Phnom Penh: From 1991-2007, the Republic of Korea has provided grant to Cambodia more than $39 million and loan more than $160 million for cooperation projects which focus on human resource training, infrastructure such as construction roads and bridges and other developed projects.
Samdech Akak Moha Ponhea Chakrey Heng Samrin, president of the National Assembly said in the meeting with H.E. Mr. Kim Jin Pyo, member of the National Assembly and chairman of the Korea-Cambodia Parliamentary Friendship Group of the Republic of Korea on 30 March, 2011 at the National Assembly monument.
Samdech president said, the Republic of Korea is heading first of all in 8 sectors in Cambodia, which include tourism, investment, culture exchange, vocational training, information technology, construction, finance, and airline service.
