Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone in the world a very happy holiday and New Year ahead. I would like to wish everyone a healthy, happy, successful, and prosperous new year!

I wish the people in the world live in peace.

How to live in Peace:

  1. First of all, to live in peace, never use violence against another person or animal.

  2. If someone hurts you, do not retaliate with violence or anger. Simply say "please don't do that" and explain to them that violence is our main problem in this world and should be stopped. If they refuse to stop, exit the scene as quickly as possible.

  3. When you are angry, do not take that anger out on other people. Find a nice quiet place to stop, take a deep breath, and relax. When you feel calm again get up and get on with your life.

  4. People might try to convince you that violence is okay. Stick to your beliefs and politely disagree.

  5. Living in peace means more than living in the absence of violence. Try to cultivate peace in all areas of your life by reducing stress as much as possible.

  6. Once a day spend at least ten minutes in a peaceful place, such as under a shady tree or in the park. This helps relax you and will keep you from getting angry. When you're angry, you have little tolerance for much of anything and are more likely to hurt someone.
