PHNOM PENH  - The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will provide $59.4 million to Cambodia for its infrastructure improvement, trade crossing border and deals on the global financial crisis, an official said today.

Japan gives over US$20 million in aid

The Japanese government on Monday provided US$21.4 million in aid to Cambodia for three projects. [improvement of an irrigation project in Kampong Speu province, the construction of 96 classrooms at seven primary schools in Phnom Penh and the restructuring of the government to reduce poverty].
