On
Friday, September 21, 2012 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International
Cooperation, the U.S. Government and the Royal Government of Cambodia signed
amendments to two bilateral agreements to provide $34 million in 2012 funding
from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to support
Cambodia’s development priorities in health and education. The U.S.
Chargé d’Affaires, a.i., Jeff Daigle attended the ceremony and signed as a
witness. DPM Hor Namhong and Flynn Fuller, USAID Mission Director, signed
